1. Acceptance of Terms

Shadow Inbox is operated by Bunny Honey Club SRL. By accessing or using Shadow Inbox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shadow Inbox regarding your use of the Service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use this Service

3. Credits & Billing

3.1 Credit System

Shadow Inbox operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to unlock leads and generate AI outreach messages. Your subscription tier includes a monthly allotment of credits.

3.2 Credit Packs

Additional credits may be purchased through credit packs. All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and will roll over month to month.

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full credit card details.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you may not:

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Engage in illegal scraping or harvesting of data
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shadow Inbox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shadow Inbox, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. AI and Lead Accuracy

Shadow Inbox uses artificial intelligence and web scraping to aggregate publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or deliverability of any lead data, contact information, or AI-generated messages.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with local anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any lead information before initiating contact.

AI-generated messages are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before sending to ensure it accurately represents your business and complies with applicable laws.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The Service indexes public URLs and text from third-party websites (e.g., forums, social networks). Shadow Inbox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third-party platforms.

By using our Service to discover links, you agree that you are solely responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of any third-party platform you choose to visit or interact with.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shadow Inbox and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to your violation of any third-party platform's terms of service or any applicable anti-spam laws.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
