Shadow Inbox is operated by Bunny Honey Club SRL. By accessing or using Shadow Inbox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shadow Inbox regarding your use of the Service.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Shadow Inbox operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to unlock leads and generate AI outreach messages. Your subscription tier includes a monthly allotment of credits.
Subscription credits do not roll over. At each renewal your balance of subscription credits is set to your tier's monthly amount, whatever was left from the month before. They can be spent while your subscription is active or in its trial. If a payment fails, they are held until the payment goes through. When your subscription ends, the subscription credits that are left are removed.
The first subscription on an account starts with a 3-day free trial with 35 trial credits. You enter your card when you start the trial. When the trial ends, your card is charged for the first month of the plan you chose and your subscription credits are set to that plan's monthly amount, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can also end the trial early from the dashboard, which starts the paid plan and charges your card at once. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged and the trial credits that are left are removed. Each account gets one trial.
Additional credits may be purchased through credit packs. All credit pack purchases are final and strictly non-refundable due to the immediate digital delivery of the asset. Credits bought in a pack do not expire: they stay on your account when a subscription renews, when a payment fails and when a subscription ends, until you spend them or delete your account. When you hold both kinds, subscription credits are spent first.
Due to the digital nature and server costs associated with our AI scraping and generation, subscription refunds are governed as follows:
Used Subscriptions: Refunds are strictly not available once a subscription has been "used" during the current billing cycle. A subscription is considered "used" if you have unlocked any leads, generated any AI outreach drafts, or utilized any premium search profiles after the billing charge occurred.
Unused Subscriptions: If your subscription renews and you have not used any credits or premium features within the new billing cycle, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or failure to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
By purchasing digital services, subscriptions, or credit packs, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been delivered or used, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and access to all Shadow Inbox services.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full credit card details.
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you may not:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shadow Inbox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
In no event shall Shadow Inbox, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Shadow Inbox uses artificial intelligence to find and score public posts on Reddit and Hacker News. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any lead data or AI-generated messages. Leads are public posts, not contact information.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with local anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any lead information before initiating contact.
AI-generated messages are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before sending to ensure it accurately represents your business and complies with applicable laws.
The Service stores public posts (title, text and link) from third-party platforms, currently Reddit and Hacker News. Shadow Inbox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third-party platforms. How we handle personal data in these posts is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our Service to discover links, you agree that you are solely responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of any third-party platform you choose to visit or interact with.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shadow Inbox and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to your violation of any third-party platform's terms of service or any applicable anti-spam laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
